Big Tom’s Milkshake Berry Jubilee
non-lactose hazy IPA
7.2% abv
Using a pound per gallon of real fruit purée including blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry, and finished with a huge dose of real vanilla, the second in our summer milkshake series pours an intense purple/pink with huge nose of berries highlighted by two of our favorite Berry forward hops. Double dry Hopped with Belma and Mosaic, there is no doubt that this summer classic will be a hit. Brewed in collaboration with Eastside Big Tom’s, the oldest drive-thru in Washington State.
Kinda Bonkers
DDH Hazy IPA
7.0% abv, 40 ibu
An ode to Animal Collective and their relaxing brewer tunes! All NW grown 2-row pale malt, kettle hopped with a combination of Falconer’s Flight and Ekuanot hops. Double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight, Ekuanot, and Styrian Dragon hops. Fermented with our house Northern English yeast strain. All things combined give this beer a beautiful bouquet of lemon, balanced bitterness, sweet pepper, papaya, honeydew melon, bergamot, tangerine, & marionberry. Completed by a crisp dry finish.
Totally Bonkers
DDH Hazy Double IPA
8.3% abv
This season has been quite a whirlwind already so we wanted to do a DIPA to reflect the tempest… because it’s totally bonkers! A double IPA brewed with Styrian Wolf, Citra and Simcoe hops and all 2 row Barley. Strawberry nose is created by the Wolf hops, with a beautiful lemon cake from the Citra and a dank tropical punch from the Simcoe. Dry Hopped twice to maximize your pleasure.
