June 6th Bottle Release, Lets Get Wild
Join us Saturday June 6th as we release four offerings from our wild cellars! These tart and funky beers have been bottled conditioned in our 500ml format.
Turbulent Consequence Peche & Cassis
We brew Turbulent Consequence each fall and spring using classic Belgian methods with a multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley and an extended boil with aged hops. Hot wort is naturally cooled overnight in coolship, picking up the resident flora from our wild cellars. We then fill oak barrels where spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation occur. From this program we blend various offerings througout the year.
Peche
Each autumn the Arzner family heads to Olson Farm and hand picks winter snow-white peaches at the peak of their season. These juicy beauties are then packed into oak barrels with select Turbulent Consequence from the prior year, matured through the winter, and then bottled with locally gathered honey creating natural carbonation.

Cassis
Locally grown black currants are added to select barrels of Turbulent Consequence, matured, and then bottled with locally gathered honey.

7th Anniversary
For our 7th Anniversary we fermented a blonde ale with two strains of brettanomyces and then matured the beer in oak barrels with fresh picked Pinot Meunier Grapes from Left Coast Vineyards high acres block. We held off on releasing this beer in February as it developed a pediococcus bloom that changed the viscosity of the beer. Now, with addtional maturation the bottles are fantastic!

Cassidy
Inspired by my daughter, this farmhouse-style ale is brewed with spring flowers and matured in Sauternes barrels with select Brettanomyces. Cassidy is brewed each spring, bottled the following spring with honey from her Grandpa’s hive, and released around her birthday. It is a beer to enjoy now, and throughout the years as she evolves.
