Ecliptic Brewing to Release Sagittarius B2N on May 28
The Beermongers to host release party and tap takeover
Portland, Ore. – Ecliptic Brewing, a craft brewery and restaurant in Portland’s Mississippi neighborhood, is partnering with The Beermongers to host the launch of its collaboration brew with Dogfish Head, Sagittarius B2N, on Thursday, May 28.
The genius of this beer was sparked when Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione sold Ecliptic founder and brewmaster John Harris the brewhouse that Ecliptic uses today. The two joined forces in April to brew this cosmic collaboration. The resulting beer is a Saison ale brewed with grapefruit, lemon and hibiscus, and has a 7% ABV.
