Armored Pig
Hazy Amarillo DIPA  8.6% abv

So, you may notice the cans listing a “redacted” hop on them.  That’s a story for another day, but I will say it is a hop that is very similar to the word yellow in Spanish or named after a town in Texas that shares a close spelling to Armadillo.  Using “Redacted” and Simcoe hops in harmony for our newest Double IPA you get huge juicy orange, tropical, pine, and diesel character.  A think hazy orange hue and a full-bodied citrus explosion from the glass will keep you entranced and coming back for another pint.

The Cherry
Cherry Belgian Quadrupel 12.3% abv

Strong Belgian style dark ales have long been a favorite style of head brewer Jeff Stokes.  When given the chance to being a miniseries within the style, the mind immediately came to the start of the season where the days get longer and love lingers in the air.  Our first of two Belgian style quad ales features over one and a half pounds of cherry puree per gallon and an underlying depth of malt character formed with an all European base and the bourbon/vanilla aromatic emulsion created by Kiln Coffee malt from Malteries Franco-Belges.  Also be on the look out of the chocolate version in just a few weeks, the perfect marriage and great up sell opportunity when bundled together.

Mental Block
Hazy 100% Centennial IPA 12.3% abv

Inspired by one of our favorite Michigan Breweries, this beer was originally going to be called Three Hearted but we chose to avoid a possible (okay, certain) cease and desist order.  But then we couldn’t think of a name… we had… Mental Block.  100% Washington grown Centennial hops create a beautiful blend of floral and citrus aromatics with a light touch of soft cotton candy.  The malt base is designed to stay as a subtle backdrop for beauty of one of the PNW’s pioneering hop varieties, a classic and favorite and perfect to feature as a single hop due to it’s complexity and myriad flavor compounds.
