Inspired by the seasonal treat of chocolate orange balls, this imperial sweet stout is brewed with sweet orange peel and two kinds of chocolate malts to create a delightful melange on the palate. This vegan beer uses coconut cream to build body and silky smoothness but is balanced by enough dark chocolate bitterness and a hint of dark malt char to remind this in indeed a hefty stout in its core. Waves of orange and a hint of vanilla complete this not-so-pastry-like sweet stout.

Malty, chewy, and full of character, Old Skook is a PNW Native name for the mythical sasquatch which folklore has claimed to roam the lower Cascade range.
