Get your fresh hop thirst quenched here! It’s our favorite season in the PNW. Farms throughout the Yakima Valley are bustling as bines are cut and hops are harvested. We are fortunate to have been invited to two luminaries of the hop industry to choose fresh from the field Simcoe hops are Carpenter Ranches and Citra at Perrault Farms. Using 20 pounds of field fresh wet hops per barrel picked less than 8 hours beforehand, Now You’re Swimming is dripping wet with lupulin dreams and overflowing with lemon cake, passionfruit, and pine.
Scotty Scotch Ale 8.1% abv
As the weather shifts so do our thirsts for bigger, chewier beers. Scotty hits that spot with a big malt backbone built on Thomas Fawcett’s Golden Promise malt backed by an array of Caramel, Chocolate, and Aromatic Munich malts. Pairs best with a steaming hot bowl of colcannon or the butchers finest haggis. Kilt and sporran optional but recommended.
