Grisette Style Ale
Grisette-style Ale fermented with two different yeasts, Sacch Brux Trois & Biere de Garde. Finishes dry with notable malt characteristics of rye, spelt, Pilsner, and Munich lending to notes of cracker and biscuit.
Brewed just in time for the annual Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow, this TIPA is DDH (like we do) with Simcoe, Chinook and Mosaic. Hops are packed in at 9lbs per barrel! Tastes like every hop head could hope: hop candy, clean bitterness, dank and fruity all in 10.5% glass full of awesome. Fermented with Chico yeast and using gluten reducing enzymes (not gluten free).
