Minifigs started out as a Belgian-Style Dark Strong Ale fermented with Kveik Voss (a Norwegian farmhouse yeast). Then it was aged in bourbon barrels on dried figs and plums for 10 months with a mixed culture of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. The result is slightly tart with aromas of dark dried fruit (raisins, figs, plums) with some caramel and maltiness for a well balanced barrel aged sour.
