This gose is one bad muther! It is kettle soured, and brewed with corriander, lime peel and Mexican Sea salt and then conditioned on Mezcal Barrel Chips.
Galactus
Hazy IPA
6.3% abv, 40 ibu
Brewed with Canadian grown Pilsner, Wheat and Vienna malts, Glactus is a perfect spring IPA featuring a light body and bursting with tropical fruit, an touch of fresh grass, and lemon pith. It features Citra and Centennial in the Kettle, and was dry hopped with huge amounts of Galaxy to round out the aroma.
