Locally sourced beets from Olympia’s Wobbly Cart Farms were infused into an Imperial Pale Ale beer to create an earthy nose and palate, balanced by a generous, fruit like addition of ElDorado and Amarillo in the dry hop. Striking in color with a glorious pinkish hue, you can finally drink your veggies and be happy about it!
