NEW BEER ALERT: GALAXIAN PALE AND BRIMLEY STOUT
GALAXIAN PALE ALE – 5.4%abv, 50 ibu
This little brother to our Sun IPA starts with dried apricots and peaches in the nose from our generous use of Galaxy and Centennial hops. The aroma carries through into the crisp mouth feel, and ends with orange peel.
BRIMLEY STOUT – 6.5%abv, 35ibu
This medium bodied stout, black as our brewer Pat’s beard on a moonless night, starts in the nose with coffee and chocolate, and finishes with toast and cocoa.
