BIG JUICE SMOOTHIE – BLENDED EDITION: CASABLANCA

With our blended editions, we’ve taken our Smoothie recipes that you know and love, and threw them in the blender with all new hop profiles. This edition features Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Chinook and Mosaic hops.

NOTHING STAYS THE SAME (vol. 2)
Hazy DDH IPA, 6.1% abv
Always concocting new ways to layer flavor and finding new and unique combinations is a brewer’s dream. This version is a new hazy IPA with Spring Pale Malt, Oat Malt, and a hearty dose of Torrefied Wheat and Flaked Barley, then was double dry hopped at 3.5 pounds per barrel with Centennial, Chinook, and Hallertau Blanc. Citrus fruit and clover blossoms are complimented by a touch of vinous wine character.

DRY SEASON
Lightly Smoked Rustic Saison, 4.8% abv
Our Lightly Smoked Dry Farmhouse Ale is crisp and intensely dry, with a hint of Smoked Malt to remind us of the danger of fire during the season. Dry hopped with Mosaic for a touch of berry and fruit to compliment the farmhouse yeast’s ester profile of cracker, leather, and a touch of pepper.

THE REAL PINEAPPLE
Imperial Golden Ale with Pineapple, 8% abv
A strong Golden Ale fermented with an outriggers worth of Tropical Pineapple. Lightly hopped with the Tropical Pineapple evoking Sabro hop, then introduced to 750 pounds of Pineapple puree (that’s 50 pounds per barrel!) this is indeed the Real Pineapple… it’s like a tropical vacation in a can!
