Three Magnets Brewing – DRY SEASON
Lightly Smoked Rustic Saison – 4.8% abv
This farmhouse ale drops just as we’re entering a dry spell in the Pacific Northwest. It’s crisp and dry, with just a touch of smoked malt to lend hints of peated whiskey. It is dry hopped with Mosaic to add berry and fruit notes to complement the farmhouse yeast’s ester profile of cracker, leather, and a hint of pepper.
