Here on BrewDad we are trying a new segment. Barley Pop of the Week and it will be coming out each Friday so if you know of a great beer we need to feature let me know. This week we start out will an old friend RedHook IPA but with a twist it is now in a CAN. Just released this week RedHook is now canning their IPA.
Packaged– 12 oz Can
Served– Pint glass
Color– Golden Yellow and clear nice white head.
Aroma– Big hops forward lots of Cascade aroma and flavor.
Flavor– Bold and rich 2 row malt flavor with a crisp clean finish
Overall– Great easy drinking session-able IPA that will not overwhelm you with the traditional Pac NW Hops high hops byte. I was really impressed with this and liked the flavors and dry crisp finish.
I give this Barley Pop – 3.5 caps out of 5
