Lorelei Tea infused Kolsch 5.2%ABV and 23 IBU.
This newest Mermaid Tales beer was brewed in collaboration with Beach House Teas Located in Long beach Washington. We spent an afternoon with Tea Master Crindalyn smelling and tasting over 100 individual ingredients and narrowed it down to 4 organic herbs that we feel went well with a delicate and lightly hopped Kolsch base. We are thrilled with how well the aroma and slight tannins from the tea blend shine through. Lorelei is named after the legend of the Lorelei Cliffs on the Rhine River in Germany. It’s said that a beautiful siren tempted sailors towards the cliffs and treacherous waters below them…will she draw you in too?
