The newest addition to our whiskey cabinet, this hand-crafted spirit is made in small batches and aged for two and a half years. The palate is full bodied with aromas of molasses and oak. The finish is long and spicy with notes of hazelnuts and baked apples.

We selected a choice barrel of our finest malt whiskey and dry-hopped it with locally grown, organic Teamaker hops, which contain no bitterness. The mix is sweetened with a touch of blackberry honey, harvested from hives found on the Edgefield estate, combined with strong flavors of malt, vanilla and caramel.

American Distilling Institute 2011 Single Malt Whiskey of the Year Truly an original, this whiskey is distilled with only a passing nod to the great Scotch, Irish and Bourbon distillers, before striking off on its own. Boasting a palate-pleasing combination of malty spirit – reminiscent of the malted barley grain that began the process – and the smoky, vanilla sweet-wood that surrounds the spirit until bottling, Hogshead is a rich, amber-hued whiskey.

Phil Hazelnut Liqueur is a golden, hazelnut-flavored liqueur made from a base of pure McMenamins un-aged wheat whiskey infused with Oregon-grown hazelnuts. An aromatic pour, Phil is reminiscent of nut breads and pastries with vanilla and hazelnut overtones.
