Kulshan Fresh Hop
This year’s Fresh Hop IPA was brewed with 1,000 lbs of Citra hops and 400 lbs of el Dorado hops. Carefully shepherded by our brewers from farm to brewhouse, this brew is citrus forward with a touch of pine and finishes with crisp, orchard fruits and subtle bread. Fresh Hop is a homegrown hop explosion that will both dazzle and delight. On tap and in cans at both locations!
Eldorado Brut IPA
Our first ever Brut IPA, Eldorado has big upfront aromatics of stone fruit, strawberry, tropical fruits, and slight cannabis. Slightly hazy with a robust, white head thanks to unmalted wheat and high carbonation, this beer is intensely dry and crisp, refreshing and fruity. Eldorado is the second beer to be released in our Cascade Peaks series. Available in bottles at both locations and on tap at Roosevelt (K2).
