Our fresh-hop collaboration brew with Snipes Mountain Brewing is on tap in the taproom now! Snipes Mountain is in Sunnyside, near all the Yakima Valley hop growing action, so the hops we used had been picked less than three hours before they went into the beer. We used 150 pounds of fresh Equinox – one of the newest hop varieties that everyone is crazy for these days. So we called the beer That New Hip Hop. All kinds of fruit aromas leap out of the glass – see how many you can pick out! And at just 3.8% ABV, you can enjoy without falling off your bar stool.
