Black IPA
This dark wheat IPA throws off heaps of citrus aroma with the crispness of pine from fresh spruce tips added to the boil. Centennial, Simcoe, and Cascade hops compliment the flavors of the spruce tips, and the light roasted malts.
Brewed in conjunction with local homebrewer John Hocking.
