As the holiday season starts, and the weather gets colder, we’re excited to be able to provide support to the Kent Food Bank. Just a few blocks from the Bistro, they provide food and clothing for more than 150 families a week. Join us at the Tap Room at 6 pm on Friday, October 16th as we kick off our food and clothing drive with a special presentation and the donation of non-perishable foods and gently used clothing. We’ll be taking donations at both Airways locations until November 12.
Thanks to a generous donation from Michael and Dena Struck (Kent residents and awesome behind the scenes Airways people), we’ll also be hosting a raffle for the Kent Food Bank at the Tap Room on November 12th. Raffle tickets for two field level Seahawks tickets, including parking, food, and beverages, for the December 20th game will be on sale at the Tap Room from 3-7 pm for $10 each. The drawing will be held at 7 pm.
Raffle details: Cash only, 500 tickets available, $2,000 value, all sales go directly to the Kent Food Bank rep on site, drawing at 7 pm, winner not required to be present.

- Soup—condensed and ready to eat
- Canned vegetables
- Canned tomato products
- Canned fruit
- Canned protiens—SPAM, tuna, chicken
- Ready to eat meals—chili, Chef Boyardee
- Canned or bagged beans
- Toiletries
- Diapers and formula
- Office supplies—paper, pens, garbage bags
- Gently used clothing for men, women, and children
- Small household items
