Airways Brewing just released – The Spirit of Aloha IPA

The second beer in our Codeshare Series was brewed with our friends from Georgetown Brewingand is a tropical, fruit filled IPA.
After fermentation with our super expressive British yeast, we added more than 300 pounds of Mango and Guava puree. If that weren’t already enough, we let it sit on sweet orange peel after fermentation, then dry-hopped it with plenty of Simcoe and Citra.
We call it The Spirit of Aloha – the can design is a throwback to the tails of Aloha Airlines from the 1970s and early 80s.
