I am always a fan of Airways and anything that comes from them. I am so hoppy to see this beer and I can’t wait to taste it.
Airways 2015 Citra Fresh Hop IPA will be released tomorrow, September 30th! This bright, citrus-forward sessionable IPA is packed with tons of hop flavor & aroma. 50 lbs. of fresh Citra hops were harvested at Loftus Ranches in Yakima, shipped over for an early morning arrival at the brewery, and used in our IPA.
The Citra Fresh Hop will be available at both locations, but if you come by the Bistro at 4, you can help us harvest the hops in our beer garden that we are going to use in something special.
