Wingman Brewers – Will be releasing Two very special brews on one night!

Blackberry Bam-ba-Lambic (style) will be released on draft and in 22oz bottles. This is the first beer made using our koelschip (coolship) which we made from a Lebanese cedar log provided by our friends at Wane + Flitch. The beer was cooled in the log, then transferred to oak barrels where it fermented and aged for 2 years. We then added fresh PNW blackberries to it and it is time to drink it.
The second beer is a super special IPA made by our lead beertender Tash. The recipe she helped develop that includes malts from Idaho, oats from Canada and hops from Washington. Come down and try this taproom only IPA made by the one and only Tash!
