Off Day IPA is the first beer brewed on our new brew house, and as such included a bit of a learning curve. Sometimes you go for broke and try an old trick on a new course, but wind up landing a different stunt. This off-shoot of Moving Day is still packed with resinous/citrus/tropical flavors and aromas, but features loads of Mandarina Bavaria in the dry hop, and finishes dry with an assertively-pleasant bitterness.
