Trusty’s newest IPA addition is a Mosaic masterpiece.

Built on a pils malt dominated base, bittered with Chinook, loaded with experimental hops 07270, 06277 in the kettle, and whirlpool and dry hopped with pounds of Mosaic and Simcoe.
A huge Mosaic hop nose, spicy, with citrus and tropical fruit flavors, followed by a dank resinous finish.
