Shift Trade IPA – A tropical fruit IPA dry hopped with a hefty dose of Mosaic and Cascade hops adding to a great nose an flavor. A nice straw color with great clarity. An easy drinking IPA with great balance and aroma.

Wet Line Fresh Hop – Top Rung’s first fresh hop beer. This beer was brewed on our 1bbl pilot system and is a very limited release. Light tan in color, with a great aroma of Cascade and Centennial hops. The hops for this beer were gathered from East Olympia.

From the depths of the cellar comes back Bourbon Barrel Aged Pyrolysis Imperial Stout. Released in April of 2015 this beer has had time to age.
Bourbon Barrel Aged Pyrolysis Imperial Stout – Pyrolysis, a theromohemical breakdown of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen. The Pyrolysis Imperial Stout is on steroids as we introduced it to Bourbon barrels and aged it for 5 months. The smoothness of the Bourbon and the roast and darkness of the Pyrolysis meet for an amazing blend of flavors and aromas.
