Silver Moon Brewing – We are pleased to announce our newest line of cans, Stellar Series, which will launch on this week and consist of our most specialty brews! We kick off the series with one of our long-time favorites Maui Wowie! This double IPA was first brewed back in 2012 by one of our local’s and was originally dubbed “Jim’s Maui Wowie”.
Originally dubbed “Uncle Jim’s Maui Wowie”, this double IPA is bursting with hop character. Chinook, Centennial, Summit and Citra hops pack a punch in this high gravity copper colored ale. Intense resinous, sweet pine, citrus, tropical fruit flavors, and aromas dominate this big beer. Medium bodied and dry finishing = dangerously easy to drink.
