Silver City Brewing – The Darkness has arrived…
Summer is over. The Darkness has arrived. First thing’s first, we’ve got to find a way– to make the beauty of the night time last all day. A black beer for people who love intense roast character, The Darkness is inspired by the German Schwarzbier style, but fermented utilizing Silver City Brewery’s house ale strain. This imparts a rich and smooth body, along with the roastiness, but in a 5% beer that can be enjoyed both day or night.

Our second collaboration with Bremerton-brewed punk rawk band MXPX is a delicious, unfiltered IPA featuring classic, Left-Coast hop character and a malt bill incorporating falked wheat, fermented with our specialized “haze” yeast. Best Life brings us all together in the name of great beer and punk rock. 6.2% ABV.
