2016 marks the Twentieth Anniversary of Silver City Brewery. To commemorate the occasion, we present our 20th Anniversary Series of beer releases. Some are vintage throwback recipes, fan favorites that have been revived for the occasion. Others are recipes of the future, yet still inspired by our past. Big Daddy’s ESB is the fourth of these releases.
The audacity of hops. Brewmaster Don “Big Daddy” Spencer’s ESB trumps all others, making ESBs great again. One of Silver City’s original line-up brewed once more in celebration of our 20th Anniversary, this Extra Special Bitter utilizes British malt and Northwest Cascade hops from Yakima, Washington that combine to create a perfect balance of body and bitterness. Selecting Big Daddy’s ESB is a choice for distinguished drinkability.
