Pacific Brewing & Malting Releases Two New Beer Today. April 5th
Two new beers debut Today: One we simply call Maibock, a traditional springtime lager. Second, our award-winning Annex IPA Series returns with Evergreen Haze IPA.
Maibock –
Associated with May (Mai) this spring time lager starts off the spring to lead you into the summer months. Moderate to low hop flavors include spicy, floral and herbal notes but the grainy-sweet malt finish is the real backbone of this beer. Coming in at 7.6% ABV this strong pale lager will get the spring time started.
Evergreen Haze –
Our Annex IPA series is BACK! We blended tropical “newer hops” and citrus/pine “classic hops” to create this bold and flavorful hazy IPA. Plenty of malt body from oats and wheat balance out the complex fruity hop profile.
