Celebrate #CincoDeMayo this Tuesday with a pint of our brand new Simcarillo IPA, featuring Simcoe and Amarillo hops and the second in our Annex IPA Series. Simcarillo IPA (7.0% ABV, 84 IBU) is light-bodied and very drinkable with a huge aroma of tropical and citrus fruits including tangerine, mango, and melon. Finishes dry and clean with a slight refreshing bitterness.
