This beer’s journey started across the Pacific Ocean in Kailua, Hawaii. This is where our friends at Lanikai Brewing collected some wild Brettanomyces off of the island. They brought a pitch of it to the mainland where it was put to use at Brothers Cascadia. It almost seems a little cliche, but the wild yeast from Hawaii produced huge tropical and floral characters! We then added some hops from the Pacific Northwest that made this collaboration complete. Get a taste of the islands and a sense of Cascadia in every sip.
