McMenamins Ginger Perry is now out…
- Ginger Perry is on tap at McMenamins pubs now – January.
- McMenamins starts with fresh-pressed local Anjou pears and ferments them to dryness. To balance out the acidity, additional fresh-pressed pear juice is blended back into the fermented perry, along with freshly juiced ginger to add some spice.
- ABV: 6.5%
