We’re teaming up with our pals at Portland Roasting Coffee again to bring back our delicious collaboration: the Organic Espresso Stout. As Shane, our Head Brewer, explains, “Every year’s Espresso Stout is slightly different because the coffee is different year to year.” For this batch, we selected organic beans from Honduras, Sumatra, and Mexico. The result is a magical harmony of coffee, chocolate, and beer. What’s the deal with the goat? It refers to the legend that coffee was discovered by Ethiopian shepherds, after noticing their goats danced following a coffee bean snack. Fun fact!
