What is a collaboration beer?
Craft beer collaboration emerges from when two or more breweries/brewers get together and jointly create and produce a limited-edition brew.
Fort George Brewing has found a collaboration that works. For the past few years, more than I can remember Fort George Brewing has been putting together a must find collab beer. 3Way IPA – every year for the past few they pick two other breweries to join them on a journey and put together what has become a must find brew.
This year Fort George teamed up with Brujos Brewing and Ghost Town Brewing.
Brujos Brewing – Portland OR
Ghost Town Brewing – Oakland CA
My Tasting Notes:
Crisp clear with a beautiful head. The hops are strong in aroma and flavor. This is a true IPA drinkers dream. The Simcoe and Mosaic give off huge flavor. Dry finish this is a killer beer once again by the team of 3. Way to go Fort George I look forward to next year’s flavors.
