The Fix first hit the Seattle scene over two years ago when the collectively warped minds of Elysian and Brewdogs Brewing decided to push the limits and brew the world’s most-caffeinated beer — a big, bold, chocolate-coffee imperial stout. Now, it’s been too long and we’re jonesin’ for The Fix.
This intensely dark, rich, and roasty imperial stout is brewed with over 9 bbls of Stumptown Cold Brew (the caffeine equivalent of a ½ cup of coffee in every 22oz bottle) and aged on 3000 pounds of Congolese cocoa nibs sourced by Theo Chocolate. This 8.9% ABV stout is the BIGGEST beer we’ve ever brewed at our Elysian Production Brewery.
