The next Special Release beer from Ecliptic is on it’s way. This is a special one for us, brewed to celebrate our 5th Anniversary and Fifth Orbit around the sun.
Fifth Orbit: Dry Hopped Strawberry Sour Ale
Hops: Belma, Mosiac, Chinook, Cascade, Strata, and Simcoe
Malts: Pale and Wheat
Fruit: Strawberries
ABV: 8%
Filament Winter IPA
As the winter sun hangs low in our sky, some 93 million miles away, solar filaments, giant arcs of cool, dense plasma explode from its surface. Filament Winter IPA celebrates this cosmic wonder. Pale, Munich, and Caramel malts create a rich malt character with honey like flavor. A dry hopped cosmic winter wonder with Crystal, Mandarina Bavaria, and Centennial Hops.
