Here’s something a little different, a new hazy IPA. Instead of it seeming like a regurgitation of yet another hazy with yet another blend of some unoriginal hops, we spun this beer a little differently. First off, no oats. Pilsner and wheat team up to offer a hazy, yet non-chewy IPA that is a little more refreshing than we are used to in this style. We also added bittering hops! It’s crazy, but we think you’ll like what a little hoppy bite can do to balance this hazy. Big, juicy and fruity aromas come from a big dry hop with Strata and Cashmere.
