“We feel that Brickyard Brewing is just now getting our stride” replied Joe Montero, Brickyard’s Co-founder when asked how the brewery is doing. “Ean Forgette, Co-Founder and Head Brewer is now making the Brickyard 30bbl fermenters sing sweet, sweet music and produce top notch beers. We have learned a lot in just over a year of brewing on a 15bbl system. We have made some mistakes and from that have learned how to produce quality products that appeal to the craft beer drinkers in our marketplace.”
