About BRICKYARD BREWING!
We are brewers of American style Ales and/or whatever we please – as long as it’s darn good. Our goal and vision is not to be just another beer on the wall. Currently, our in house brew system has a small 1 barrel boil kettle, but has three fermentors – 1/2, 1bbl and 3 bbl in size. Our production brewing is done in Woodinville on a 15 barrel brew house and boasts two 30 barrel fermentors. This gives us a lot of leeway to brew what we want, when we want, and brew a lot of tasty beers.

ERNIES SPECIAL BITTER (ESB) – 4.6%
IBU known – Local train wrangler, Ernie, for Eastside Rail Freight, brought in 50lbs of fresh hops that were wild grown & found climbing a guy wire. We brewed them in a full flavored ESB with a fair amount of Crystal and Brown malts for a bigger than normal taste. The wild hops, thought to be Cascade variety, lend a nice citrus aroma when the beer is at a warmer temperature.
