Two Beers Brewing Co. is looking for a full time assistant brewer/cellar-person to start as early as January 21. This position will include several brewery tasks including brewing, bottling, cleaning, and canning. It will ideally also include training in our quality lab, which includes plating beer samples, propagating yeast strains, and monitoring general beer consistency and purity. Required Traits:
Ability to multitask while still being mindful of ongoing tasks
Attention to detail including a high level of attention to sanitation and cleanliness
Self-motivated: must enjoy working under high expectation with little supervision at times
Ability to work in a flexible, changing environment
Required Experience:
1 year cellar experience at a commercial brewery
Familiarity with brewery equipment and concepts, including: tank cleaning, general sanitation, racking kegs, tri-clamps, valves, pumps, pressure and CO2, and general fluid dynamics.
Highly desired:
6+ months experience brewing in a commercial setting and familiarity with all applicable processes including dough-in, knock-out, tank-cleaning & dry hopping.
Experience working with packaging devices, such as canning and bottling lines.
Degree in biology/chemistry and experience with lab tools to help monitor beer quality.

No, we will not simply reward you with delicious beer. Pay will be competitive depending on previous experience.
