Bellevue Brewing Releases Cascadian Dark Ale
in 2013 SIP Magazine called this the best CDA in the Pacific NW. In my humble BrewDad opinion I also say this is one of the best CDA’s I have ever had.

CASCADIAN DARK ALE
8.2% ALC/VOL | 72 BU | 18.3º Plato
Malts: Two-Row Pale, Black Malt, Chocolate Malt, Caramel Malt
Hops: Palisade, Citra, and Cascade
Flavor: Hop-forward black ale with delicate cedar notes, hints of chocolate, tropical fruit, and coffee.
