Brewed on our original 8.5 bbl brew house and exclusively available for a short time in both 7 Seas Tap Rooms, Hold Fast Imperial IPA #2 is double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic producing serious aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. A straightforward grain bill of domestic 2-Row and a pinch of light crystal malt create a clean and subtle malt profile. A light bittering charge of Chinook hops is followed by an abundance of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic in the kettle. Unfiltered yet still bright, Hold Fast Imperial IPA #2 is as fresh and juicy as they come.
