We’ve already hinted at the two Stratofortress releases but we actually have three special releases this month.
Heavy Bevvy Oak Aged Scotch Ale
Aged on toasted American oak, there are hints of vanilla, spice, smoke, and maple is this deliciously malty Scotch Ale. This 10% ABV beer will be released early in November in 16oz specialty bottles.
Stratofortress
Our quintessential Northwest winter beer, Stratofortress is a Belgian Style Dark Strong beer aged on rum-soaked cedar planks. You can’t help but love this big, malty beer with dark fruit flavors and a hint of Cedar. Stratofortress will be available in 22oz bottles through December or as long as supplies last.
Bourbon Barrel Stratofortress
We skipped the rum-soaked cedar planks and put some Stratofortress into used Willett Distillery Bourbon Barrels. Willett makes some of the best Kentucky Straight Bourbon available, and the barrels worked their magic. This will be a special 16oz bottle release and will likely sell out fast.
