Seattle Beer Week Event – Pike Brewing is the venue for Planned Parenthood’s fundraiser, Thirsty Sisters-Women in Beer on Monday, May 12. It is a gathering of women who brew, distill, market and sell beer. Taste one-off brews from the world of thirsty sisters, and sample delicious treats from women-owned restaurateurs and bakers. Represented will be brewsters from all around Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Alaska, and Pennsylvania. You’ll love meeting Carol Stoudt, from Stoudt’s Brewing, the first woman brewer since prohibition. There will also be cider and spirits, all made by women. Please join us.
