the Bergschrund will be opening in December and be serving almost exclusively NW Peaks brews! Just a block away from the brewery on the corner of 17th Ave NW and NW 49th, the Bergschrund will allow us to expand production at the brewery, offer a better experience for our patrons, and still be located in the immediate vicinity. New NW Peaks Beers –
Snowfield Winter
Our winter ale! This year we used a British yeast and added more centennial hops after fermentation was complete. This resulted in a nice chocolatey beer with nice NW hop aroma at the end. A great little warm me up at 6.5% ABV.
Bandera Blonde
We love dark beers this time of year, but we know not everyone does. Bandera is a great, light beer featuring a unique trio of hops, hop varieties more standard in pilsners than American ales. Great fruity notes on a light malt backbone (4.8% ABV).
