Rogue Brewing Pendelton CreaterRogue Ales and Pendleton Woolen Mills have collided to celebrate Oregon’s own natural wonder, Crater Lake National Park, with the launch of Pendleton Pale Ale. Brewed with hops and malts grown on Rogue Farms in Oregon, Pendleton Pale Ale is a crisp and refreshing ode to Oregon’s dramatic Crater Lake National Park that comes in a stunning can featuring a design inspired by Pendleton Woolen Mills’ National Parks Collection.

“We can’t think of a better time to honor our state’s only National Park than on the 100th birthday year of the National Park Service,” said Rogue President, Brett Joyce. “Pendleton has done such a wonderful job paying homage to the great outdoors with their National Parks program, it’s a privilege for us to brew this beer inspired by the beauty found in our own backyard.”

“Pendleton honored Glacier National Park in 1916 with the creation of the first national park blanket, Glacier Stripe,” said Mort Bishop, President Pendleton. “Celebrating America’s treasures became a part of the Pendleton brand from that point. Pendleton welcomes Pendleton Pale Ale to the National Parks Collection of products. We’re pleased that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Pendleton Pale Ale will be included in our donation to the National Park Foundation for two landmark projects.”

Six packs of Pendleton Pale Ale 12oz. cans debut in time for National Park Week starting April 16 at select retail locations, Rogue pubs, and Pendleton stores throughout Oregon.
