Pacific Brewing & Malting is gearing up for Spring with Three New Beers –
1) Violet Lavender Lager
5.2% ABV with a super flavor and great Lavender additions.
2) Mama Bear Milk Stout
Originally marketed as a tonic for individuals and nursing mothers in the early 1900’s, this sweet milk stout has flavors that can suggest coffee and cream. The use of milk sugar (lactose) gives this dark, full bodied stout a sweet cream-like finish.
3) Vienna Lager.
This light reddish amber lager has a smooth but elegant malt complexity that finishes with a balanced hop character provided by German Tettnang hops. Focusing more on the malt, this beer provides a caramel, toasty and rich flavors. A standard-strength everyday beer sitting in at 5.9%.
