ODIN BREWING CO. LAUNCHES WILDĒORNES WILD AND BARREL-AGED PROGRAM
Wildēornes No. 1 Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout Release Event, Thursday April 23rd at the Odin Brewing Taproom in Tukwila.
The Wildēornes is the place of self-willed beasts – a realm without laws or oversight by the gods. Made in the spirit of the Wildēornes and with the exploratory nature of the Vikings, these beers are created to be the most interesting and exciting beers we can brew.
Wildēornes No. 1 is an 11.5% ABV Russian Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels. The intensely black malt and long maturation period is designed to complement the flavors imparted by the oaken casks to create a thoughtfully complex beer. This beer will be available in 500ml bottles and on draft at the brewery’s taproom and select locations
