Narrows Brewing “Parts Unknown” is a 7.3% IPA brewed with Apollo, Eureka and Denali. We are constantly using our pilot system as a way of experimenting and refining new methods. This IPA was brewed using a water profile of 3:1 chloride to sulfate in an effort to enhance our malt character and body. During fermentation we generously dry-hopped with 3 lbs/bbl with the same 3 hops.
